Stat Outline

Versatility: gives a flat damage done increase and damage taken reduction.

Mastery: Mastery: Icicles – causes Frostbolt and Flurry to store an Icicle which deals damage determined by your mastery and spell power. It also increases Frozen Orb damage.

Trolls are still the strongest with their racial haste increase buff Berserking. I could see this change later in the expansion once we get strong enough potency conduits where Icy Veins won’t line up with berserking (3-minute cooldown) due to having Icy Propulsion.
